Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new email box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email account to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your email box accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails according to certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox account you wish to forward email messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
